Trying to experience real connection with others when we are frustrated, worrying and anxious is nearly impossible.
In fact, we generally take out our frustrations on the people we love the most and as a result those relationships end up strained and there is a lack of real connection.
However, when we can remove the large stressors from our lives, such as – chaos in the home, a hectic schedule, etc., we end up less frustrated and more relaxed. That results in better relationships and more time for connection with those we love.
